Terms of service
Draft, under owner review. The points below describe how licensing and the trial actually work; the items marked as pending are the ones the operator of this instance has still to confirm, and this page is not indexed until they are.
1. The service
X-Radius is supplied as an instance running under a licence, managed from X-Radius Control. What you get is the instance, its updates and the licence that sets its subscriber cap and term.
The supply terms are pending review by the operator of this instance.
2. Trial
50 subscribers for 7 days. You pay nothing. Every feature is on during the trial; only the subscriber cap applies. A trial may be withdrawn where it is used to abuse the service or a third party.
3. Licences
A licence is assigned after a verified signup. It carries a subscriber cap and a term, both of which you can read in Control at any time. When the cap is reached, new activations are refused and the subscribers you already have keep working; the same applies when the term ends.
4. Acceptable use

5. Availability and support

6. Data and backups
Your tenant data is yours. You can export it at any time in the SAS4 backup format, and the lists in the panel export as CSV or XLSX. Backups you configure are encrypted before they leave the instance.
