For internet providers
All your subscribers in one place, on cards, monthly or on credit.
You sell cards today and want credit subscriptions tomorrow. Same subscribers, same panel, with no move to another program. And a reseller cannot go past the debt limit you set.

Problems you can stop dealing with
Card subscribers live in one program, monthly subscribers in another or in a notebook, and the two never agree.
All your subscribers in one place. A subscriber moves from cards to credit and back without you creating a new account.
The connection dropped while a subscriber was renewing, they pressed again, and they were charged twice.
The second renewal returns the result of the first. There is no second charge.
A reseller activates subscribers with money that has not reached you yet.
Every reseller has a wallet and a debt limit. An activation that would go past it is refused on the spot.
At the end of the month you sit down to add it up and the numbers do not match.
Every pound in or out is recorded in one ledger, and invoices come out of that same ledger.
What you get for your network
Every way of subscribing
Prepaid, on credit, a mix of the two, or cards. A subscriber on credit has a debt limit, and the line stops when it is reached, not before.
Invoices and receipts
Any money operation can produce an invoice. You design the invoice, the receipt and the card yourself in the panel and print them from the browser.
Resellers under control
Resellers sit under each other like a tree, and each one sees only the people below them. Wallets, debt limits, balance transfers between them, and reward points on activations.
Quota used up, line still on
When the quota runs out, the subscriber drops to the next plan you chose instead of losing the connection, and it applies while they are online.
Paying online
Subscribers pay with SAS-Pay, Fawry, EasyKash, Paymob or Kashier. Your gateway credentials stay yours, encrypted.
Payment detailsTwenty kinds of report
Activations, usage, debts and who owes you, profits, transfers, cards, online payments, and a log of everything that was done. Any report comes out as an Excel or CSV file.
The technical part
If you own the network you can skip this part. It is for your engineer.
Billing mode
Prepaid, postpaid, hybrid or voucher, per account. The billing mode belongs to the account and the plan, not the subscriber, which is why a subscriber moves between them without being re-created.
Activation and retries
Activation is idempotent on a request id, so a retry returns the first result. Every money operation writes a journal entry, and invoices are raised from that journal.
Fair use and payments
The drop to the next plan is applied at login and live on the running session over CoA. Gateway credentials are per account and sealed at rest. Reports export as a background job.
800 auth/s
Access-Request throughput at p95 13.7 ms, measured on one 4 vCPU / 7.7 GB server, release 0.2.16. The same server held about 6,000 concurrent sessions.
Questions we get asked a lot
Can I move a card subscriber onto credit later?
Yes. How a subscriber pays, up front or on credit, is set on the plan itself. You move the subscriber to another plan and that is it, with no new account.
What stops a reseller from going past their balance?
The debt limit you set for each reseller. An activation that would go past it is refused on the spot, and every pound in or out is recorded against their name.
When a subscriber pays online, how does the money reach their balance?
They pay through the gateway, and we confirm the payment with the gateway itself, not with the page they came back from. We check it again on our side, and the credit is added once only, so no payment is counted twice and none goes missing.
Can I run more than one brand?
Yes. Each brand gets its own panel at its own address, with its own subscribers, plans, managers, page design and payment-gateway credentials, fully separate from the others.
Put all your subscribers and your money in one panel.
50 subscribers for 7 days. You pay nothing.
