Problems you can stop dealing with
The codes are on paper, the sales are in a notebook, and at the end of the day you do not know what sold.

What you get for your hotspot
Cards
Make a series of cards from a saved template, each card with its own validity. There are two kinds on purpose: a prepaid card that starts working on first use with no PIN, and the voucher account.
Selling at the counter
The customer scans and is in. When a cashier sells their first card, a series is made in their name, and transfers between resellers are recorded on both sides.
Selling cards online
Put a batch of cards up for sale online, and the customer pays through any of the five gateways.

A subscriber page with no password
The page knows the customer while they are on your network, so they type nothing. Visitors get their own way in, to sign up and join the hotspot straight away.

You design the card you print, and the invoice and receipt, yourself in the panel, and print them from the browser.

If you own the place you can skip this part. It is for your engineer.
Stock
The batch is locked row by row when a card is taken, so a card leaves stock exactly once, whether it is sold at the counter or through the card shop. Counter sales create the clerk's own series on the first sale.
Designs
A store of MikroTik hotspot login pages with live preview. The design is uploaded to the router over the management tunnel. Verified on RouterOS 7.11.2.
Subscriber portal
The subscriber portal recognises the session, so nothing is typed, and it works behind CGNAT. Studio is the built-in layout editor for cards, invoices and receipts, rendered in the browser.

Questions we get asked a lot
Can staff read a card code?
Yes. Codes show on the card list so a clerk can read one out to a customer, and you decide who can see that list.
Can a card turn into a permanent subscriber?
Yes. A prepaid card turns into a renewable subscriber account the first time it is used, not a voucher that runs out after one go.
Which routers can the designs be installed on?
MikroTik hotspot on version 7, tested on 7.11.2. You install the design on the router from the panel.
Can I sell cards online?
Yes. Put a batch of cards up for sale online and the customer pays through any of the five gateways. A card leaves the stock once only, so it cannot be sold to two people.
Can I lock a card to one device?
Yes, in the plan settings: the account locks to the first device it signed in with and refuses any other, and you can also refuse devices that randomise their address.
